Delivery date arrived & confirmed twice, never turned up - so that cost us both a day off work. They never even contacted us to advise the delivery wasn’t being made.
The bed, was so excited to treat myself to a 2k bed. How disappointing, the bed is not like the one in the showroom. It is not springy or comfortable. After 2 days dips appeared where we sleep with a ledge running down the middle. I cannot turn over in bed as I roll down the middle. Both had backache since the bed arrived. Reported in store after 10 days, sent numerous emails no reply. At day 25 I rang Bensons & spent 2 hours waiting for them to answer (it’s not a free call either). A technician has been at 32 days & confirmed the bed is dipping where we sleep by 3cm. They consider this normal, that’s not what I call normal? I have emailed Bensons a formal complaint, have asked them the next steps, asked about an independent survey, explained about my back ache & received absolutely no reply! Shocking service, don’t know how this company is in business! Absolutely gutted as we had waited a long time to be able to afford this bed.
Do not buy anything from here! Do not recommend. They don’t even deserve 1 star review. Plus my expensive duvet did not come in the correct packaging & was all open!
