We bought a bed on 27th of December 2018, which was suppose to arrived on March 23rd, but arrived on 30th March that too without a head board. We were told to contact customer service and arrange a re-delivery for headboard. After several attempts of calling and waiting for our call to be answered, we managed to speak to customer service. They then told us that they can only deliver the head board on 29th April 2019. Keeping in mind that we are a working couple and don’t have enough time to go again and choose another company’s store for beds, we gave a go and accepted the delivery date of 29th April. We also went to store again to see if we can get any kind of assistance. But we received an answer saying that the distribution is outsourced and they have no control over it. They can only do is write notes in the delivery profile.
Now yesterday my wife received a call from customer service and they said there is some discrepancy at their end and it will now be delivered on 7th May.
Looking at the above 6 months journey with Benson for Beds which has left us without a bed in our new apartment, we have now decided to cancel our order and buy from some one else.
