Benson got beds delivered me a faulty bed. There customer service is the worst that I’ve ever experienced. I have called for hours at a time and got no response. I have emailed time and time again and get no response. I remain with a faulty bed. I would never recommend anybody get a bed from this company and I will Continue to share my experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same trap. Luckily I had six months interest free finance and consumer direct have advised me to claim from the finance for the damage/loss which I have done. My bed was delivered in January and I have not had any response from benson for beds. I have sent letters also. I have followed advice from consumer direct/Trading Standards
