The store experience at Hayes by Ali was exceptional.
However, the customer services team of advisors were appalling, pleasant to speak too apart from one. But they lacked to follow simple instructions, causing several calls, waiting for over a hour for the call to be answered. There is a lack of monitoring on call waiting, training by the management team of this team.
