Failed Delivery, Poor Helpline
The delivery driver phoned at midday to say he would be there in 30 minutes. When he hadn’t arrived by 3pm I called helpline, was on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to a person. It took over 20 additional minutes to work out what happened. Delivery staff went to wrong address, even though the had my mobile they didn’t bother to phone me. They just took a photo of the wrong house and left! The only way I found was when I asked the helpline guy to describe the house. Initially Benson’s refused to let me cancel the order.
I spent over 40 minutes waiting on the helpline, long queue to speak to someone and then he kept putting me on hold every few minutes.
Total waste. Won’t use again.
