Please do not buy anything from this company. The in-store team were fabulous, but once they had my money, the company have failed to deliver on customer service and I'm sleeping on the worst mattress I have ever owned.
Customer service don't want to know about it and are asking me to pay for a "mattress technician" of their choosing to come and check the mattress.
They don't take calls or respond to emails and the only way to get their attention is by leaving negative reviews on Facebook.
