We bought a discounted bed frame from them. Evidently it was discounted because the design is badly flawed and is simply too wide for the mattress. It's been such a nightmare assembling this awful bed then having to try and pack it up again just so we can go back to square one and get a refund. No apology they just hoped that people wouldn't bother to return their faulty products.
