Ordered a bed which wasnt cheap, waited 3 weeks on delivery, they agreed to come at a certain time after salesman told us we could specify a time. Delivery came an hour before agreed time, nobody was in obviously. Cant tell us when they will now deliver. Customer service is awful, really cheeky and unhelpful. Asked for a refund as we have no bed, told 20% would be retained! Store Manager said he would refund full amount took card details still not in bank. Think they have stopped payment, if this is the case they have held onto our Bank Details and have broken GDPR rules, hope they have i'm after blood.
