Ordered a mattress, firm CR4. It didn't solve my bad back, so 6 months later bought a new one. When moving the mattress bought at Benson's to replace it discovered they had sent a CR3, so not so firm and of course the wrong order.
I have written 3 times to the company about this possible error (or off loading of the mattress as they don't sell this company's mattress anymore) but NO reply! 3x NO reply! Avoid this company. (I would say shop staff excellent - but management policy?).
