If the bed had turned up in a good condition and not damaged they would have recieved 5 stars.
Unfortunately it was damaged and the customer service team were as good as useless at sorting the problems out.
They are rude argumentative and just generally unhelpful.
3 weeks after delivery is not acceptable to replace a damaged item, I recieved no contact as to when the damaged part was getting replaced.
In the end I asked to cancel my order and them take the bed back as I was that dissatisfied. Even that takes 3 weeks and after that could take upto 30 days to get a refund.
This company will jump through hoops to take your money, but when it comes to putting something right or refunding your money, forget about it. Every process is made deliberately difficult and intentionally drawn out to make it seem like it's more hassle than it's worth.
Avoid like the plague, or you too will fall foul of what in my opinion should be made illegal, your are tied into something which is incredibly hard to get out of, even if bensons are at fault.
