My bed was delivered after a 4 week wait with a faulty base unit after another 3 week wail a second base was delivered this time it was soaking wet due to a leaky roof on the delivery van 2 weeks later a third base arrived in a worse state than the first. After repeated phone calls with no luck from customer care I went back to the shop that sold me the bed an e-mail was sent from the store and I was told I would have a reply by phone in a couple of days almost 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply. I have sent an e-mail to customer care to ask for a refund and for them to remove the bed 7 days later still no contact from Bensons. How they say they care about customers is a joke.
