Bought a full divan bed from bensons 2 years ago with a 5 year warranty. The stitching along the side of the bed has started to separate, I contacted Bensons with images and a description only to be told despite having a five year warranty “Should you feel strongly that your product is faulty; you are welcome to arrange your own independent inspection. This inspection would have to be at your own expense and by a company which was pre-approved by us (so you would need to let us know the details of the company, and the cost, before arranging an appointment).”
It also took them 7 weeks to respond by email, and every time I tried to call I was put on hold for so long I had to hang up without speaking to anyone.
Really not what I expected from someone like Bensons, poor service and having a warranty clearly means nothing. I will not be purchasing from them again!
