Awful customer service. New bed for my 88 year old mother, after five days use it started sagging in the middle of mattress. A long story cut short. Unpleasant argumentative staff at store. (Oldham) So called "Tech" eventually called round and found "no problem" blah blah. etc Threats of court case didnt make any difference. Result.... £700 Rubbish Double bed (which needs turning over regularly-not mentioned at purchase) and sales of goods act totally ignored. This is the quick version, lots more dirty tricks went on.
