Sorry I can’t give less then one star.
I had a wardrobe delivered on the 24/6/2019 which had damaged plinths. I immediately contacted Benson’s customer service and I was told that the plinths would be replaced and fitted free of charge and that I would be contacted to let me know when.
It has now been nearly four weeks and after three E mails and a number of calls to the service department I have not have any response from them. Today I called customer service and I was told there would be a 58 minute wait (ridiculous) so I opted for call back. It has not been an hour and a half and I have still not received a call. I started a chat with their on line representative to be told he couldn’t help and to contact customer services.
This is appalling service and I will never buy from Bensons again.
