Awful customer service! Sleeping on the sofa due to fault in bed!! It wasn’t cheap either!! Get bed delivered open up the bed frame notice damage caused from packaging. I ring the shop and they inform me that I have to ring customer services - a 50 minute wait and some miserable woman answers. She tells me I have to send a photo and that the replacement would take up to 7 days. She then continues to say that the it could take up to 10 days for the email to be read - I must ring back she says. I remind her that she’s in the phone to me now so why can’t it be done over the phone? And she just said it can’t. I send an email with a picture attached and surprise surprise bensons for beds server is down!! I went into the shop today today hoping I’d get some clarification on when I’ll be getting the new piece and I was told they weren’t sure “have you rang customer services?”. I think i It’s ridiculous that stores aren’t allowef to ring customer services anthere is no direct line.
I won’t be buying from Bensons or recommending to friends.
