I sent photos of the side of our mattress that was sagging to customer service. After not receiving any acknowledgement I telephoned. I was told I had to arrange a private assessment by Homeserve and pay for it! The mattress is still in warranty.This would be reimbursed IF they agreed with the findings 😡 when I objected I was told “I suggest you read your consumer rights “. I suggest Bensons brushes up its customer service and puts the customers rights first.
