I sent an email with photos to Bensons for Beds showing my mattress sagging. Was told that I had to pay for an independent technician to decide if I had a case. The mattress is still under warranty. When I objected “it was suggested I read my consumer rights “ I suggest that Bensons gives training on how to behave in customer services and takes responsibility for these issues. Disgusting treatment. Advice to anyone thinking of using Bensons DONT.
