two years after purchasing a bed and mattress the mattress springs in one corner collapsed. After two hours I managed to get through to customer services where a guy called STEPHEN REGAN starting to argue with me and spoke to me like I had no chance of a tech guy to come out. I explained that as per there schedule it was guaranteed for five years, he told me I would have to get three different tech guys out to inspect the mattress at my cost. He then continued to talk over me then hung up. So unprofessional The company should fire him before he causes more dissatisfaction to customers how he got through an interview is beyond me he needs a manager to train him STEPHEN REGAN WHAT A BAD REPRESENTATIVE HE IS FOR BENSON BEDS.i AM GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAY HE HANDLED MY CALL.
