The after sales care is awful and unprofessional. Trying hard the last 6 months to receive a missing part for my parents bed. No only do the delay for replying to emails they do not accept a signed delegated authority to act on their behalf. This is now has been given 3 times and the still ask to speak to the account holder. When you call customer service they do not answer but when you call Sales they answer straight away but they do not pass on the message
