Delivery was suppose to be pm and paid for pm delivery.
Called me before 9am t say would be there between 9 and 10am.
My husband works night had t get him up for them to turn up at 12.30pm anyway.
I complained as I would like compensation. Refused but after getting cross with them agree delivery charge could be refunded.
The customer service dept are so unhelpful and very rude
Will never use again
