I took delivery of a bed on 21/08. Four og the eight legs were missing. Phoned customer services. All they could do was pop some more in the post. 27/08. No legs have arrived
Phoned them again. The excuse was "its a bank holiday" . What happened last week ?. Where are my legs ?. Said " i will pop some in the post". What happened to last weeks post ?. Told them to come and take it back . Won't hold my breath.
