I went to my local Banbury show room on 25/8/19 to order Bed Base.
I spoke to the Manager (Leo Devren). I saw that the bed I wanted to order had a "10% Divan or Mattress" sign. I asked it this applied to the Divan Base only, as the label was not clear.
He told me to speak to Customer care. I asked him to ring them which he did using the shop phone. I waited on the phone for 30 mins before someone answered.
The person on the phone said they could not help as they only dealt with after order issues. They were surprised the Manager rang the number and wasted my time.
I spoke to Manager again and he said he could not do anything.
I asked if he could get his region manager to ring me next week as I was disappointed I had wasted nearly 1hr in the shop. The Manager refused to do this and said I need to complain on the web page.
This is a really bad experience from a shop I have bought items before.
