2 failed delivery’s of a made to order mattress by Staples. We were not even notified that the mattress wasn’t coming on the first failed delivery and had made arrangements for this. Fast forward a week and half and a rescheduled delivery. Telephoned me at 07:00 on a Sat morning to expect delivery within 20 mins. 15 mins later the driver called to say mattress was not on the vehicle. It took the intervention of the head of customer service to sort it all out at 17:00 that afternoon. Overall we have been compensated some what although only by 10% discount. The customer service is the worse I have had the displeasure of in my life. Apart from the head of the department.
