Following an insurance claim for damaged furniture in April. I have had replacement furniture delivered on two occasions. Each time I have waited 10 weeks for the replacement only to find it badly damaged. The most recent replacement was 19/10/19 It would appear that there is no quality control at Bensons. Any email I have sent has been ignored. Each time they attempt delivery I have had to take time off work. No offer of compensation. They are a joke.
