2 of 4 items of bedroom furniture damaged April 2019. Customer Service shocking. Calling 0300 number.. 50 minutes on hold. Told to email request for replacement, attach photos and allow 10 working days for an update. No update, phone back, another 45 minutes on hold. EMail not actioned, they arrange over the phone. Replacement arrives a month later, damaged. Request refund and collection of faulty goods. Collection of goods happen, although I have goods on a finance agreement with their inhouse finance company ' Creation'. I've called several times to get resolved, finance agreement not credited for the £399, today is 21st October 2019. Still ongoing! Serious Benson of Beds, it atrocious! Totally horrendous experience!
