I have just had a bed delivered to my brand new house.
2 delivery men took the bed up stairs. When I went up after they had damaged my walls.
I spoke to them about it they didn’t seem bothered.
Call help desk... 45 minutes later .. asked to send pictures... still waiting on what they are gonna do.
What ever you get , just let them leave it at the front door. No respect for your property at all!
Shocking and never use again.
