Holly was our sales assistant who was very welcoming, polite and professional. Although my first mattress was very disappointing Holly
who was very knowledgeable went through the alternatives and the one I have chosen seems to be very comfortable. The delivery drivers were very courteous and helpful. I did know about not getting you money back if you did not like your mattress, but I think perhaps it should all be explained very clearly to customers first.
