My experience is a negative on unfortunately.
Delivery problems, item faulty, return problems and customer service giving wrong information.
I would strongly encourage anyone who is going to purchase from Bensons to take a step back and look at all review sites, not only Trustpilot but Facebook amongst others where you will see an overwelming influx of photographs, comments and real upset from customers.
