Poor delivery service, parts missing, bed frame sagging and mattress failure. Spoke to store advised to send photos in, did so no response, called customer services then told photos meant nothing, will need to pay for 'technician' to visit.
Was not told that at point of sale or in any literature from store.
Waste of money, effort and time.
Bunch of jokers, but I'm not laughing.
