I was delivered a damaged bed & reported this straight away, that was 10 months ago. it has taken me to go to the furniture ombudsman to get traction and even then a further 5 months of chasing to get a refund (they refused to give me a replacement) and the faulty goods removed. Despite being out of pocket they refused any form of compensation as well. I have been surprised at just how bad their customer service is and they have put me through 10 months of hell. Do NOT use them - honestly atrocious at every stage. They could not have cared less
