I have bough a pillow from the company ( The price for the pillow is 59 pounds, so will probably be the most expensive in the shop).
Only to have pillow deformed and lost it's shape completely in less than 2 weeks. Went back to the shop and shop assistants have recognized that the pillow is faulty. Based on that i requested a refund. But have been told they can't issue refund due to hygiene reasons ( what kind of hygiene reasons? It's a faulty item. You are guys not planning to sell it again, are you? ).
Redirected to customer service. Never seen customer service as useless as this one, they are there to fob people off, not to solve your problem. Asked to speak to the manager, they would not let you.
Asked multiple times about the ways to escalate the issue, no answer so far.
