Wardrobe damaged had to wait 6 more weeks damaged again so had to get a refund. 3 months wasted. I am left with the impression that once they have your money then that’s all that matters
Went to another local retailer service was better times 10 If you really must buy here then use your credit card as you have more rights when getting a refund. The refund process was easy But I felt more reassured as I had paid with a credit card
