6 months after our purchase we have an ottoman bed that we can't use because the hydraulic arm has come away from the base. Confirmed as a manufacturing defect the earliest they can send a replacement is 4th February. Not acceptable but there is nothing we can do! During this whole process I was very concerned when one of the customer advisers asked if they could have my credit card details to confirm that I was the account holder - before they could process the replacement. Surely they don't have this information available on their screens?
