Bensons customer services and processes are atrocious!
From what we’ve seen, a lot of their suppliers provide good quality furniture; however, when Bensons take over it all falls apart (literally). Our furniture had to be reordered three times, due to damage caused by Bensons when they took possession from their suppliers..
Took more than 10 months to complete our order!
There are a lot of better companies out there to order from; avoid Bensons at all costs..
