Absolutely disgusting!! Do NOT use Bensons!
Purchased a bed and changed our mind - as I would have thought we all have a right to do however, it would appear we still MUST take delivery of said unwanted bed and then can cancel order when we pay for them to collect it and deduct a further 20% eh??? as usual there's no management to discuss this nonsense process with they'll be on the golf course and the organ grinder can't help?? mm maybe a TV complaints programme or newspapers may be interested in taking this up on my behalf? lets see?
