Bought a mattress for £500 and after 14 months it felt like I was falling off the side of the bed it was dipping so much. After contacting Bensons I had an independent company come out and although it was dipping badly on one side whilst laying on the mattress, it goes back to within the tolerances. Really having trouble sleeping on it and now need to buy a new mattress. I’ll never shop there again, I can’t afford £500 every year for a new mattress! I feel robbed!!
