Ordered a bed in January. 8 weeks later it was delivered and clearly broken. The headboard box had clearly already been opened, at least one of the slats was visibly broken and another box had footprints all over it. Bensons response was we can reorder and wait another 4-8 weeks for delivery. They said they would give us a £75 goodwill gesture for our inconvenience, less than 4% of the total cost. My husband is self employed so had taken a day off to receive the bed.
