Customer service worst I've ever come across. Bought an electric bed, frame would not operate correctly, joke getting it repaired. Manufacturer came out and said bed not suitable for my weight (Bensons assured me it was). Lots of arguments, eventually new bed supplied. Motor blew up, wrong replacement supplied, eventually fixed. Motor has blown up again, Bensons want me to do all the running around to get fixed. Beds not even 3 years old.
Would never buy again from Bensons, and would strongly recommend nobody else does, unless they like hassle.
