Ordered a bed at the start of march, they did not deliver the bed on the agreed day at mid march. I was waiting for the bed to be delivered at the end of April still and did not receive it still so cancelled and asked for a refund. My order was cancelled. It has been over a month and have not received a refund still!
I suggest going to the ombudsman with Benson's! Awful company with awful customer service. Their beds are mediocre but expensive for what they are. I would not recommend or ever buy with them again. I wish I paid attention to the reviews!
