The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I dont recommend you. I will never purchase anything from you again. I purchased an almost £800 mattress from you in May 2019. I quickly reported to you that I was not happy with my purchase and believed it was faulty. ITS TAKEN OVER A YEAR, over 30 emails, 24 phones calls to get you to finally do something about it. You agreed to an exchange in February 2020. I paid the admin fee and a delivery/collection was booked. 36 hours before delivery you cancelled. You promised you would call me when deliveries resumed but you did not. I called you and was given a new delivery date. I took the day off work to be in that day and guess what you never showed! No communication. Loss of wages. I’m sleeping on the floor. I have a slipped disk. I’m looking after 3 kids with hardly no sleep. I can’t take this anymore. Depression has set in. I’ve tried emailing & calling last 3 days but no response and can’t get through after ridiculously long wait times of over one hour. If I don’t get my delivery this week I want a full refund including the admin fee you made me pay.please advise how I can go about getting a refund.
