Website allows you to place orders for items that aren't in stock with no notice of what is or isn't in stock, stating on ALL orders that there is a 6-10 week waiting time, only to receive a confirmation email later stating - "31/05/2050", which means it isn't in stock, however they have happily taken the money, which I can not cancel or get refunded back to me.
No phone calls or emails answered, and nothing through paypal. Tried various avenues for communication with no response.
