Shocking levels of customer service, refused to refund or replace a broken bed that left me with lifelong back problems and tried to get me to pay even MORE money for a 'private' engineer to investigate, which I've also heard terrible things about.. absolutely disgusting and very disappointed with my purchase, what a waste of money and time.
If I could give zero stars then I would.
