5 year warranty not worth the paper it’s written on.
Admitted my mattress had issues but still wanted me to get an independent assessor and pay up to £100 to prove - even after submitting 11 photographs clearly showing fault.
I will continue to prop up the subsided mattress with pillows underneath, then will buy one from elsewhere. Take my advice, go elsewhere.
