Great service in store but dreadful after service. States 5 year guarantee BUT you have have anything that’s considered faulty by a third party who the customer has to pay for. More than often they say there’s no fault blaming it on silly things like it’s because customer sits on the edge of the bed. The quality of products is poor, delivery is even worse. Once they have your money they make it extremely difficult for you if you’re not happy.
