Worst ever customer service! Ordered our new bed on 29 February, for delivery on 28 March. The delivery was cancelled when lockdown heppened. We have spent hours trying to contact the customer service via email (very minimal responses) and phone calls (long wait and poor responses. Finally our bed arrived on 12th August. We’re not happy about long delay and terrible customer service. Not sure how long will our bed last...
