I ordered bedroom furniture 9/January with delivery date of March 9th 2 days before delivery we got rid of old furniture ready for new furniture next day got call to say furniture was damaged at warehouse & after umpteen phone calls it was reordered then Covid I knew there would be a delay.got new delivery date 20th august yes 5 months later! After txt giving me time slot got phone call from distribution centre to say they didn’t have order !! More phone calls new delivery date 27th august day before I phoned for confirmation & wait for it they don’t have my order!! My husband phoned distribution centre as I had given up & a rude office supervisor who was no help at all said reorder or cancel so we CANCELLED I have never met such incompetent & unhelpful people in all my life so my advice avoid bensons for beds
