Ordered and paid for 2 mattresses on 20th July given delivery date of 9th September and that we would be notified 2 days before to confirm delivery.
I phoned and emailed them 2 days before as I had not been contacted,delivery was confirmed on the phone and via emali for between 1 and 6 p on the 9th..
7.03pm on the 8th received a message to say only 1 mattress was being delivered. Rang customer services on the morning of the 9th and after over 30 minutes on the phone nobody could tell me anything regarding 2nd mattress so I asked them to cancel the while order and was told this could only be done on line. I immediately did this and asked for a full refund.
At 9.30 the driver phoned to say he would be here in the next hour (remember I was told between 1-6 ) told him not to call as I would refuse delivery as order was cancelled.
Had to request a refund a second time as they did not reply to my emails glad to say I have got my money back .
