I have had a bed for 18 mths, one side/edge has collapsed and is not fit for purpose as you roll off the bed.
I had taken out extended care & protect at a cost of £90. i have been told as its not an accidental fault its not covered speak to Bensons . Bensons have said they wont do anything unless i pay for an independent report to prove the bed has a fault. NO WHERE IN THEIR 5 YEAR Guarantee T's & C's is this stated. i asked them to put this in writing to me but they said they cant send emails .
Awful company would give them ZERO STARS if i could.
