My bed was delayed for 4months. Bed was ordered in Feb, I was given 4 different delivery dates to no avail, my bed has now arrived but the bedside cabinet was missing from the order and is yet to be delivered.
Customers service response was incredibly poor, lady I spoke to lacked empathy and compassionate, rude at times with no customers service skills. I was left feeling frustrated, destressed and emotionally drained for many weeks.
