Faulty bed, Benson's refused to either replace or refund. Blamed me for fault as I "sat on the mattress"....not sure how they get into bed 😂
Absolutely dreadful customer service, spend hours in a queue for an agent, then spoken to very rudely before line is disconnected.
Avoid this company at all costs
